Grace Place Executive Director

Annoucement – Passing the Torch! With deep appreciation and mixed emotions, we announce our Director and Founder Carla Burton’s decision to retire. Carla has worked tirelessly to support women and children and young families in the Winona and surrounding communities. Over the 30 years Grace Place has existed, she has had a positive impact on the lives of thousands of people.

We look forward to the interview process for the new Executive Director and are excited to see who God will bring to carry out the Grace Place Mission.

The Executive Director is a professional position that manages all aspects of Grace Place including cultivate donors through multifaceted fundraising strategies, fiscal management, grant writing, distribution, development of programs, hiring and discipline of employees, recruiting volunteers, non-profit regulatory compliance, and public relations. This position reports to the board of directors.

Grace Place Assistant to the Director

This part-time position provides administrative support to the executive director. Duties include assisting with staff and volunteer onboarding, meeting preparation, program and fundraising assistance, facility coordination, calendar management, tracking and reporting, promotional support, and other tasks as needed. 12+ hours per week.
